I've had a positive experience with Flixicam Stream One overall. No software is perfect, and there are occasional hiccups, but the customer service team is attentive, responsive, and works hard to address any issues that come up.

I’ve been using FlixiCam for a while and overall it’s a decent software for downloading streaming content.

I had previously purchased the Netflix downloader and any time I had an issue, I always received a timely response from Customer Support. I am very satisfied with FlixiCam StreamOne. I use it to download from Netflix, Disney Plus, Paramount Plus and from many other sites and it works perfectly. When I had an issue, FlixiCam Support Team were quick in response and resolved the issue.
